ADDITION TO EXISTING RESIDENCE - UMINA BEACH
Addition to existing residence,
The brief was to add a bedroom and larger living area to a modest two bedroom home. This project was completed in 2017. It is a new bedroom and living room extension that I designed. It features a raked ceiling in the living room and new bedroom to maximise the feeling of space.
The bi-fold doors help to create a seamless divide between the outdoor deck and living area., creating a light filled area for the clients to enjoy.

The view inside the living area shows the raked ceiling and the view towards the backyard is fantastic.

The view of the bedroom, the use of the raked ceiling gives this bedroom so much space and the window positions ensure this room has lots of natural lighting year round.
